Let us honor this sacred time together with yoga, connection, and practices to align with the season and the healing energy of the sun. Mandi will guide you through meditations, sun salutations, Ayurvedic and nature-based practices, breath, and inner reflection to connect with your bliss and feel the magic of possibility.

Please bring a yoga mat, towel, bottled water, a blanket, and a journal. If the weather permits, we will be spending time outdoors, so prepare accordingly.

Begin the journey into spring with yoga, meditation, and your wishes and intentions for the warmer seasons. This mini-retreat will include gentle to moderate flow yoga, sun salutations, meditation in nature (weather permitting), journaling, music, and seasonal Ayurvedic wellness tips.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, any yoga props that you enjoy, a journal or something to write with, bottled water, and optional eye covering.

Give yourself some time and space to retreat from the busyness of the holiday season for healing and stress-relief. Winter can be a joyful time, as the Solstice marks a period of growing light and a new year/cycle to come. Let’s cultivate this joy and peace together with a gentle yoga practice, restorative yoga, yoga nidra for deep relaxation, as well as journaling, meditation, and reflection. We will be indoors for the cold, but the beauty of nature will be all around us in the winter gardens and conservatories.

Please bring a yoga mat, a couple of pillows, a blanket, a journal or pen/paper, and optional yoga blocks and eye covering.
