Give yourself some time and space to retreat from the busyness of the holiday season for healing and stress-relief. Winter can be a joyful time, as the Solstice marks a period of growing light and a new year/cycle to come. Let’s cultivate this joy and peace together with a gentle yoga practice, restorative yoga, yoga nidra for deep relaxation, as well as journaling, meditation, and reflection. We will be indoors for the cold, but the beauty of nature will be all around us in the winter gardens and conservatories.
Please bring a yoga mat, a couple of pillows, a blanket, a journal or pen/paper, and optional yoga blocks and eye covering.
