Begin the journey into spring with yoga, meditation, and your wishes and intentions for the warmer seasons. This mini-retreat will include gentle to moderate flow yoga, sun salutations, meditation in nature (weather permitting), journaling, music, and seasonal Ayurvedic wellness tips.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, any yoga props that you enjoy, a journal or something to write with, bottled water, and optional eye covering.
This event has limited capacity, so register early. Masks are required indoors.
