We are the Earth, and she is us.

Her rolling hills, landscapes, meadows and peaks are the same form as our beautiful bodies. Her plants, trees, and fruits feed and sustain us.

Her oxygen — the breath — gives us life and wisdom. Her winds inspire movement, seed potential and the intuitive spark.

Her inner core, the light and the fire warm us, comfort us, stimulate desire — fueling passion and purpose.

Her waters cleanse and nourish our bodies, form the tears, move our souls to express and feel — to love.

We are the Earth, and she is us. With her blessing, we have everything we need. With her life, we are granted the keys to bliss.

One only needs to remember.

This Imbolc window is such a powerful activation point. We’ve made it through half of winter and the light is rapidly increasing. Breathe deeply and let yourself savor the energies of hope and strength.

But remember, it is still winter. And we, being of nature, remain in a rest phase. As you become more sensitive and aware to the natural cycles, your body aligns deeply with those rhythms. And in this incubation period before spring, it calls deeply for rest, rejuvenation, and nourishment. The mind may become alive with ideas, the heart may beat with anticipation of what’s to come, but the body still needs time to prepare.

Slowing down makes space for healing. Pausing opens doors to awakening. Incubation creates transformation.

And may it be so. 💙

Today is the perfect day to reclaim your power.
It doesn’t matter if you let things slide for a while.
Or if you defaulted to a trauma-based response.
Or if you repeated the same patterning you thought you mastered.
If you fell prey to fear, deceit, pressure, or manipulation.
If you let the neptunian fog of January cloud your vision.
It doesn’t matter.
It’s all okay.
Yesterday is yesterday.
And transformation doesn’t happen overnight.
The same lessons and tests manifest on repeat to build your strength.
To help you master self-worth.
To remind you of what still needs to heal.
And it’s all okay.
Because today, tomorrow, or whenever you are ready,
You can make the decision to reclaim your power.
To remember
KNOW
that you’re fu€king worthy.
To give yourself to devotion,
The best of life,
The best of love,
And walk away from anything less.

Happiness doesn’t come from escaping day-to-day life; it comes from being fully present in the experience of it.

The path to embodiment and aliveness exists in the many sensory experiences available in every moment. With full presence and awareness, even the most subtle energetic sensation can be a journey into bliss.

Do me a favor and, if you can, step outside.

Notice and experience the four elements around you. The earth beneath your feet, the texture of the rock, soil, and leaves. The air kissing your skin alive and the breeze vibrating among pine needles. The fiery, warming heat of the sun, the way it lights up your senses. The glistening, melting snow and ice, the moisture of the breath at the back of your throat, the way water seeps into every small space.

And then close your eyes, relax the naval, abdomen and pelvic floor. Unclench and fully soften into the moment. Take 10 deep breaths into the lower abdomen. Be fully present for each breath and the way it softens and massages your organs. Try not to let your body tense up and breathe as deeply as you can. And then again, relax.

Open your eyes and reacquaint yourself to the sensory experiences around you. Soften your shoulders and take one last deep breath, sighing it out through the mouth.

Continue your day with the intention of experiencing elements of bliss in every moment.

I keep being shown a grid-like web of how we’re all connected in this Aquarian age. The network is so vast, the information so available, and the inner flames within all of us continue to grow and expand. Your unique energetic signature and gifts contain a key to unlocking and expanding this grid of awakening.

No longer are the wisdom teachings available to just a few. The trailblazing teachers who launched the Aquarian age made them all available to us. So many keys have been discovered. So many doors have been unlocked for everyone to access higher knowing.

We’re also being called to help redefine the definitions of success. The old formula worked for a while, but now we can see that it’s possible to do what you love, to dive into what you’re passionate about, and be successful. Exactly two years ago I mustered up enough self-worth to leave a comfortable, high-paying job and focus on my passions. And I say “self-worth,” because that’s what it was. It was having enough confidence in myself to believe that I had something to offer, and that I wouldn’t be punished by ditching the “formula.” I felt worthy enough not to sacrifice my happiness for a paycheck. (Spoiler alert: it all worked out.) And it really doesn’t matter what your passions are. If you study them enough and devote your life force to them, your passions will lead to your purpose.

This moon cycle might require some alone time in self-reflection to ground your energy and develop some daily rituals for success and well-being. Perhaps you want to devote extra time to your interests and passion projects. I highly recommend less screen time, turning off the news, and eliminating distractions as much as possible. Where does your energy want to go when it’s not being influenced by the external noise? Let your mind deprogram and free itself from the old fear-based structures that want to keep you trapped in the formula.

Because the world needs everything you have to offer.

Can you feel it?

The calling of your soul?

Your gifts guiding you home?

How beautiful and perfect you are?

What you have to offer is more than experience and expertise, more than passing tests, more than external validation.

The curriculum is etched in the evolution of your soul. Your qualifications live in your authenticity. Your offerings are the vibration of your spirit.

Can you feel it? The call to blaze your own trail, forge a new path, show the world what you have to offer?

The old ways are diminishing. They will grasp, cling, try to prove their relevance — but this new world is cracking open the light within. Their teachings guided us here, but now it’s up to us to create a new paradigm.

We’re all here because we have something important and unique to offer the world, which can only be found within.

Can you feel it? Where is your soul guiding you?

Aquarius. Fixed air.

A hurricane can’t be controlled, and rarely will it allow itself to be predictable. Without being seen, it surges through, sweeping away the steady and familiar.

This all-encompassing air sees surface projections as merely accessories — a glamour covering up the truth. The masks you wear, the boarded windows and blockades may give you a sense of security, but they are no match for the air’s power. It can touch and affect everything around you, but you can’t see or touch it. You can’t move or change it. Air is everything and nothing at the same time. It is your thoughts, your words, the subtlety of your energy and vibration. And, like an unstoppable force of wind, these can also cause destruction if not harnessed carefully.

Have you seen what the air has seen? Have you felt what it feels? Beliefs and doctrine are simple and incomplete compared to the mysteries that exist beyond day-to-day life and beyond the planet. Fall into this knowing for just a moment and you’ll discover a world of possibility, a rabbit hole of truth, a deep dive into curriculum only known by a few.

But be prepared, because the air is not afraid to uproot anything that gets in the way of truth.

Love doesn’t care about the surface-layer projections.

It doesn’t live in empty words or fantasies.

It can’t be found under mountains of expectation or in dark caves of promise without empathy.

It is already around you, within you, in the arms of those who will always be there.

The only thing love seeks for the table is you. It only wants you to be happy. It isn’t asking for anything in return.

Love wants you to see the purest vibration of itself (yourself) in every facet of your being — which is perfection.

And may the light of love always guide you in that direction.

True expertise is self-mastery.

Self-mastery is devotion and self-inquiry that evolves into deep understanding and embodiment.

An embodied teacher isn’t seeking devotees and copies. A teacher arrives to guide you on this path of self-mastery. To open the doorway to your inner teacher so that you can share your gifts and unique ways of perceiving with the world.

This doesn’t involve a set of rules or regurgitated disciplines. Sometimes you have to put down the books, the naysayers, the deities, the tools, and the structures in order to remember that YOU ALREADY KNOW. Yes, you already know. Anyone that tells you otherwise is afraid of losing their power and control.

Awakening is a self-guided journey of discovery, and the door is wide open.

Life has a constant impermanence, an ebb and flow.

Nature and its seasons move through cycles — a wheel of fortune, death, change, growth.

And we, being of nature, move through the same cycles.

There’s no such thing as being truly comfortable, because change is always inevitable. Change is a part of life. Change IS life. Change is freedom.

Fighting transformation creates disharmony and suffering. But if you accept the cycles of your life, you will find purpose. You will heal.

We are not here to be comfortable. We are here to contribute to humanity, the planet, and its cycles. To affect those around us. To live our purpose. To be free. To serve.

Imagine how beautiful our world could be if we all remembered that love brought us here,

and choosing love will always lead the way.
