Notice the energy you’re accepting and cultivating. Remember, the mind loves fear. Fear allows the mind to take complete control over our emotions and biology. The physical sensations and biochemical reactions become addictive. The more entrenched we allow the mind to get, the more the mind seeks to validate the fear through additional stimulation. It can be so easy to go down a rabbit hole when fear takes over. It’s very similar to filtering information to validate an existing belief, except in the case of fear, the information is sought out to create these addictive sensations — the next adrenaline rush.

So without necessarily changing anything (whether you do is completely up to you), just observe what you watch and read. Notice if it feels true and validating or if it’s creating a rush of fear and anxiety. I was listening to something yesterday that definitely elevated my nervous system and suddenly I was imagining myself with symptoms I never had. I had to step back, turn it off, and laugh at myself. The mind is a tricky beast.

Be aware of any language or commentary that makes you feel a sense of shame, or makes you feel like you’re a contagion instead of a human. This type of language is designed to lower your vibration and keep you in a fear state. If anything, we can use this time to develop deeper (even if physically distant) connections with loved ones and remind people how much we care. It’s impossible to know the future, we can’t predict how life will pan out, and change is the only constant — so it’s always the right time to express love.

If you feel yourself spiraling, take a deep breath and remind yourself that you are safe. There are many experts and perspectives out there and it’s impossible to know what’s true. But at your core innermost center, you are experiencing complete peace and bliss. Tune into that space deep within and give yourself permission to feel good. To feel safe. Listen to your intuition and trust your own inner knowing above all else.

Aries. Cardinal fire.

And then there was light. The first spark. The beginning of the astrological wheel. The flame of awakening begins in the direction of East in the realm of air — because fire cannot exist without air. This is the first blaze of manifestation when an idea becomes purpose, when planning becomes action, when birth becomes dharma.

It is because of this divine spark that we are all here. The torch-bearers have arrived to lead and guide us in the direction of our power and gifts. This is the warrior flame we seek when the questions and possibilities become muddied and unclear. The fearless flame acts first, questions later. Without this guiding light, we would all be simmering in a cold soup of unrealized potential.

Look to the East where the sun rises at the Equinox point, the place where the light enters, the first breath, the guiding flame. The Aries spark won’t wait for you to decide, so it’s up to you whether you will follow. New opportunities and possibilities are upon us.

Some people will be afraid of your strength.
Be strong anyways.

Some will dislike your boundaries.
Protect yourself anyways.

Those close to you may lash out when they can’t control you.
Stay in your sovereignty. Find a new tribe.

Some may laugh or roll their eyes at your ideas.
Let them. And then keep seeking, keep learning.

Many won’t understand your freedom, your wild nature.
That’s okay, because your reality is awesome.

Some may prefer you when you’re weak or needy.
But you are here to choose to be empowered and radiant.

The ones who try to pull you down from your power and light are testing your strength. They want you back in the shadows where they can see you and hold power over you.

But you’ve worked this hard.
You’ve come this far.
You’ve healed yourself in ways you never thought possible.
And there’s no going back.

Every moment in time contains multiple crossroads, many opportunities to choose. Does the direction you choose flow with the current of energy you want to manifest — the reality you want to create? Or is it being influenced by something outside of yourself?

The thoughts and vibrations we continually project create the energy and vibration of the planet. A blanket of fear won’t keep you warm and safe in difficult times. And you get to choose whether you want this reality to be difficult at all. In this structure of time and polarity, the opposite manifestation is always available. It already exists. And you are the one who chooses.

When you make choices for yourself, are they offering love? Are the things you put in your body demonstrating love? Are the words and thoughts you speak to yourself and others resonating love? Are the people you spend time with showing you love? Are your boundaries loving to yourself? Does your environment contain love?

Love isn’t a show of force, manipulation, or fear. It is the opposite manifestation of fear. Love is surrender and softness. It is allowing. It is choosing to honor yourself first as a vessel of love to blanket the planet with love. You are the universe creating this reality. You are the one who chooses.

Trust yourself, trust the process. 🌕

The deeper I get on this spiritual path and the more layers I uncover and shed, the more I realize that this journey is a creative and self-guided expression of self.

And sure, we can follow the teachings, honor the gurus, read the books, learn the lingo, be comfortable in our knowledge of past wisdom... but how much are you willing to learn and express the wisdom within? To step out of the comfort zone of someone else’s words and let your soul guide you? Your mind inform you? Your words inspire you? Your heart crack you open?

Are you evolving to be in the shadow of past teachings or are you willing to dive into the creative flame of awakening? To become the flame itself?

The Universe has a unique way of showing you your destiny. Guiding you to souls aligned with your path. Showing you past and future side-by-side. Comfort versus potential. Safety versus evolution. Shallow versus depth.

I’ve never been a good swimmer, but you’ll find me heading for deep waters. That’s where the ultimate surrender happens. And surrender is our first step on this path.

Pisces. Mutable water.

The air fills with moisture until you can feel it in the breath, in your bones — little droplets of water collecting in the atmosphere, getting heavier, denser.

Will the rain fall? Or will it watch with its knowing sense that all beings on the earth are waiting and wondering?

The Imbolc sun creates vibrations in the soil. A little rain may help everything come alive.

Will water keep the inner fires burning? Or will it extinguish all passions with one surge of rain, overflowing tears saturated into thirsty earth?

Can the sun melt the ice or will it remain cold and frigid?

Melting ice softens the landscape, forms into waterfalls, dew crystallizes into rainbows. All is beautiful. All is well.

The breeze arrives to create a ripple of emotions and memories. The water flows towards the emotion and then back again.

Before long, thoughts and emotions are intertwined into a steady stream, then a flowing river, then surging waves.

And what becomes of the single leaf, following the call of spirit, on the surface of the stream?

Only the water can tell. Only the river knows where the cycle ends, weaving through crevices of earth and flowing with a gentle breeze of inspiration into journeys unknown.

You are your own teacher.

You have everything you need.

Never let anyone tell you that they hold the secrets to your awakening. Those secrets are yours. Let me repeat. You are the key to your awakening.

You do not need to worship at the feet of another human for salvation. You are your salvation. Bow to yourself. Worship yourself.

No one has the right or any spirit-/god-given authority to tell you how to live your life, what you should practice, or — and most importantly — who you are. Those are answers only found on the self-guided journey.

And here’s my personal (and perhaps unpopular) opinion.

Every time you surrender your inner authority to follow another human, you are telling the universe that you don’t have faith in your own abilities. It’s muddy. It’s uncertain. It’s the past. It’s unoriginal. The age of guru worship is over. Looking at an image of someone else won’t bring you closer to God, but looking within will.

This Aquarian age has provided us with unlimited resources! Infinite teachings and a wealth of empowering heart-centered teachers are available, and you get to decide what/who resonates. Learn the teachings, practice them, teach them, live them on YOUR own authority.

Imagine if every one of us harnessed our own inner power and shared it with the world — from our own perspectives, from our own intuitions, from our own channeled teachings.

The secret to being a pure and clear channel is to be your own authority. To choose your teachers, not because they have a special power over you, but because they are guiding you home to yourself. To trust yourself as a teacher... it’s why we’re all here. It’s what this Aquarian age is all about. This is how we evolve.

These are exciting times.

We are all incarnated and born with an infinite depth of inner wisdom, sense of purpose, and cellular memory. It’s all there just waiting to be tapped into. When you are seeking answers, you are journeying into a deeper layer of yourself. It’s not possible to be truly lost, because all you have to do is remember.

You have a depth of wisdom containing all of life, because you are the creator of this infinite, expansive universe. Your eyes are perceiving it, painting the canvas of your imagination. Your ears are translating the music. Your voice is the energy of creation. Every new discovery, every opening into far-reaching galaxies, every story ever written — past or future — is your creation. And as the creator, you have all of the knowledge within to create and shift and heal. To create form from formless, possibility from emptiness, light from darkness.

All you have to do is remember. ❤️

If you honor your word, you will build trust, develop lasting and meaningful relationships, create community, hold sacred space, manifest joy and prosperity, and elevate/expand your vibration.

Honoring your word means holding true to what you say and express — verbally or non-verbally, in writing or verbal communication. It means that your words, promises, and expressed intentions can be trusted by the recipient. They are a reflection of your highest self.

Your word is the energy from which all things are created through your vibrational field. Words that create a container to benefit self-only through manipulation or deception will create a negative shield that blocks prosperity and opportunity. And, if the recipient of deception takes their power back, the leaky container will drain prosperity until trust can be reestablished.

If your words don’t reflect your actual desires, then you are deceiving yourself, giving your power and joy away, and allowing the dishonest energy to linger in someone else’s field. Clear expression of your desires and intentions may cause temporary discomfort, but it will allow the energies of joy to reenter your field, and it will give others the power to create their own containers for prosperity.

Being true to your word is easy when your intention is for your highest good and the highest good of all. Meeting your commitments and responsibilities with honesty, grace, and truth creates a level of prosperity (i.e. the energy of attraction) that radiates from your auric field and invites opportunity from all directions.

If you want to protect your energy field from deception, say the following affirmations out loud: “I release all energies in and around my auric field that are not serving my highest good. My inner radiance creates an expansive and protective container that attracts prosperity and joy. I am keenly aware and discerning when someone is using their word for manipulative and deceptive purposes. I take my power back. I take my power back. I take my power back. And may it be so.”

Everything is energy, and truth/trust is a sacred key to that energy.

Things are moving quickly and destiny is arriving at full speed. This is a very karmic time. What have you been doing with all of the gifts and resources available to you? Clear seeing and deeper intuition is opening up to so many, so it’s going to be difficult for those who hide behind facades, manipulation, or lies. We are all being seen. And this is a good thing.

Everything you have been working to create will start to manifest — and this is good news for those of us who have been working to bring our gifts and offerings into the world. There are bigger forces working behind the scenes, portals opening, and seeds of inspiration finding their creative potential. Play close attention to your thoughts, actions, and intentions. Everything has powerful manifestation power right now. Frequencies are accelerating.

Now is the time to use all of your resources and knowledge to care for your vessel — body and home. Edit and fine tune how you are caring for yourself within your primary environment.

Leave behind energies and frequencies that seek to drain, rather than create. Use your keen and increasing vision to see through manipulative powers. Stay in YOUR power and your gifts. Don’t be afraid of being sovereign and independent when it comes to your creative potential. You have everything you need.
