New Moon, New Year Intention Setting with Yoga and Meditation

Show up for yourself in the new year with yoga, meditation, and botanical views. This class will include mindful intention setting through movement, journaling, and meditative stillness. Intention setting during a new moon is a powerful practice that will support the conditions for our intentions to grow in this new year. This is all all-levels class; modifications will be provided for everyone, and all are encouraged to practice at their own pace.
