Yoga in the Garden

Connect with the seasons and the beauty of the Gardens through Mandi's creative, nature-inspired yoga classes. This gentle to moderate flow class blends mindful movements, stretching, breath, and meditative practices to cultivate a calm mind and peaceful strength. 

During the warmer months (April to October) yoga classes are primarily held outdoors. In the event of inclement weather or other factors the class will be moved indoors. During the colder months (November to April) yoga classes are always held indoors.
