Suggested Practice: Four-Stroke Breath for Balance

This is one of my favorite breath practices that stimulates the pituitary gland (the master gland) and supports physical and mental balance. With regular practice, you can retake the driver’s seat of your internal command center and regulate your emotional experiences for healing on all levels.
