Stretch and awaken to 2022 with a healing yin yoga practice and botanical views. Yin yoga involves deep stretching on the floor with gentle poses typically held for 3-5 minutes. The muscular relaxation involved in a yin practice helps to target joints, fascia, and connective tissue; it is wonderful for circulation, flexibility, balance, and reducing stress. The practice may include some gentle warm-ups, as well as centering and guided relaxation.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, any yoga props that you enjoy, and optional eye covering.
