Sit with the plants and absorb their calming energies while Mandi guides you through meditation, awareness, and gentle movement. This is an intuitive experience of listening and internal reflection. There is limited attendance to ensure plenty of space among the plants. You'll emerge from the session feeling relaxed, peaceful, and refreshed.
