Journey through the elements with Mandi


This spring, connect with the magic of the five elements — earth, air, fire, water, and spirit — through yoga, meditation, mudra, music, and your own personal journey of awakening. Each week, beginning April 10, we will dive deep into one of the elements, and all in-person and online classes will explore this theme. You will also receive themed Spotify playlists upon class registration or through the Patreon online community.

Week 1 (week of April 10) - EARTH: rooting, planting seeds, grounding, embodiment, physical body

Week 2 (week of April 17) - AIR: ideas, inspiration, new beginnings, breath, meditation, mind

Week 3 (week of April 24, leading up to Beltane!) - FIRE: confidence, sovereignty, motivation, leadership, passion, soul

Week 4 (week of May 1) - WATER: creativity, being in flow, nourishment, fluidity, healing, emotions

Week 5 (week of May 8) - SPIRIT/ETHER: connection, higher self, trusting the process, subtle body

To participate:

Sign up for your class of choice, either in-person at Tower Hill or online via www.mandigarrison.com/yoga-schedule. Take at least one class per week; playlists are offered when signing up for Sunday Stretch & Restore or Shakti Empower Hour (the link will be available via email on the day before the class). Wednesday morning meditation is free for all!
