Afternoon Yoga for Stress Relief


Every Wednesday at Tower Hill Botanic Garden, 12:30-1:30 p.m., November through December

Add an extra dose of yoga to your end-of-the-year routine for inner calm and stress relief. We’ll practice gentle to moderate yoga for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat and optional yoga props if you have them. If the weather is accommodating, we’ll practice outdoors. Otherwise, classes will be held indoors in Conference Room A/B. Masks are currently required in indoor spaces.
