Begin the first day of spring with some calming yin yoga and botanical views to welcome the increasing light and the season of growth. Yin yoga involves deep stretching on the floor with gentle poses typically held for 3-5 minutes. The muscular relaxation involved in a yin practice helps to target joints, fascia, and connective tissue; it is wonderful for circulation, flexibility, balance, and reducing stress. The practice may include some gentle warm-ups, as well as centering and guided relaxation. Please bring your own mat and any needed props.
