Suggested Practice: Seed Dreams (30 minutes)

Level 1/2 Flow

Enjoy this shorter version of the practice “It is enough” with a flow of lunge/pyramid, hip circles, child’s pose, kneeling side bends, wide-legged forward folds, triangle, and warrior 2/reverse warriors. Physically melt to the earth in a rejuvenating shavasana to close.
