Meditate on the colors of the rainbow chakras to deeply embody the protective elements of the aura: safety and security; comfort and desire; confidence and vitality; love and compassion; truth and authenticity, wisdom and discernment, and pure white light. Set the intention that all energy and information must filter through these layers for your highest good.
