Suggested Practice: Energy Restore Sequence
Level 1 Restorative
This sequence came through divine inspiration one night as I was getting ready for bed. After I did the postures, I experienced a long deep sleep, as if I had received an energy tune-up and everything somehow realigned. This is a gentle sequence (gentler than yin), and you may not need props unless you want blocks to sit on. A mat is optional.
Question for reflection: How can I prioritize rest to recharge my body and spirit?
