This calming and meditative breath practice will help you drop into the present moment and shift your nervous system when you're feeling anxious and overwhelmed. We practice alternate nostril breathing, diaphragmatic breathing, energetic movements, and a japa/counting technique. Grab your mala or beaded bracelet if you have one!
