Suggested Practice: Evening Practice for Deep Release and a Calm Mind
Gentle/Meditation
This is a gentle and meditative practice that goes through all of the energy centers (chakras) to release fear, worries, stress, anxiety, insecurity, uncertainty, and anything standing in the way of your light. You’ll continue with chandra (lunar) pranayam to calm your nervous system, and end with legs up the wall. This is ideal before bed, when you need an energy reset, or if you need to clear away a tough day. <3
