Relax deeply in this healing and restorative Yoga Nidra session as we transition into the darker months. We’ll begin with a pick-a-card reading for moon cycle guidance, followed by gentle warm-ups to prepare the body. Then, surrender and float into the calming experience of Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep. All you have to do is rest and receive. A recording will be available to all registrants within 48 hours, allowing you to revisit this session again and again during longer nights.
